 What is Asthma?

 Asthma is a chronic lung disease that narrows the airways causing periods of wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and coughing. In the U.S, Asthma affects more than 25 million people, of those 7 million are children. Young children are at high risk of developing Asthma is they have allergies, eczema, or parents with Asthma.

 If you have asthma, you can take an active role in managing the disease by helping advance Asthma research.

You may qualify if you meet the following:

·        Ages 12 and up

·        Diagnosed with Asthma

Participants in this study may receive:

·        Compensation for time and travel

·        Study-related medications

·        Study-related examination
